Exp with minimum of 8 - 10 years of experience in manufacturing industries
Education Qualification Graduate in Production Mechanical Engineering from a Reputed School

Desired Candidate Profile

Production Planning & Control:
Leads the manufacturing team to accomplish the cost control, quality, and productivity targets within a predetermined timeline.
Responsible for Overseeing the production process, drawing up a production schedule;
Provides technical expertise and coaching to resolve any processing issues, creating and ensuring the execution of correct action.
Interprets policies and safety guidelines of organization to workers.
Develops, analyzes, and presents monthly reports, productivity, forecasts, and safety.
Establishes and controls conditions of production in order to satisfy customer and quality specifications.
Establishes work procedures to satisfy production needs in compliance with company goals and objectives.
Develops, monitors, and implements production forecasts and departments budgets.
Examines products to validate conformance to direct set-up, specifications and adjustments of various machines.
Manages the production schedule: setting up work schedules, conducting performance evaluations, providing coaching and training, and setting departmental expectations and goals.
Suggests and drives changes in working environment conditions and equipments usage to increase the overall efficiency of the production operation.
Assigns controls and monitors required recourses for achieving established schedule.
Develops and motivates the cost-effective alternatives ad improvements to production process.
Performing analysis of manufacturing materials and determining optimum control levels.
Working out the human and material resources needed;
Estimating costs and setting the quality standards;
Monitoring product standards and implementing quality-control programmes;
Liaising among different departments.
Working with managers to implement the companys policies and goals;
Supervising and motivating a team of workers;
Assists in the Annual Budget planning process for the department
GMP & ISO compliance

Conducting regular inspections and ensuring the upkeep and maintenance of all areas of a facility.
Develops preventive maintenance program in conjunction with production and maintenance staff.
Confers with management, production, and quality control personnel to resolve maintenance problems and to recommend measures to improve operations and conditions of machines and equipment. Directs maintenance activities on utility systems.
Ensures the proper working of all electrical units and systems in the facility.
Keeping a record of all the day-to-day maintenance and service activities undertaken in a facility.
Ensures maximum efficient operations of facilities and equipment, as well as the care of all grounds and support equipment, through the direction of a technical support staff made up of supervisors, technicians, custodians, and the purchase of necessary outside technical and non-technical support services.
Complies with all corporate policies and the Occupational Safety and health administration rules (OSHA) while carrying out maintenance functions.
Places orders for spare parts and equipments for replacement and ascertaining the proper documentation of the same.
Synchronizes work processes with other departments of the establishment.
Responsible for the selection and maintenance of equipment;
Directs training of workers to improve work performance and acquaint workers with company policies and procedures.
Plans, develops, and implements new methods and procedures designed to improve operations, minimize operating costs, and effect greater utilization of labor and materials.
Coordinates activities of workers fabricating or modifying machines, tools, or equipment to manufacture new products or improve existing products.
Reviews job orders to determine work priorities.
Schedules repair, maintenance, and installation of machines, tools, and equipment to ensure continuous production operations.
Inspects operating machines and equipment for conformance with operational standards.

Training & Development:
Design and identifying training needs.
Ensuring that health and safety guidelines are followed;
Performs training needs analyses, as appropriate, and initiates, develops, and/or coordinates the implementation of specific training and development programs for staff.

ERP & System Implementation:
Directs and monitors the processing and entry ofProduction data into the system

Performance Management System:
Reviewing the performance of subordinates;
