Job Purpose
TDevelop and manage the Organisational Safety Change programmes to drive the dnata business through a continuous process of change readiness, transition, and adoption that will support key safety initiatives for all dnata lines of businesses globally (ground handling, catering, transport, cargo, travel) This will be achieved by drawing on Organisational Change Management (OCM) frameworks to develop a proactive, structured approach to change management that maximises buy-in and engagement, minimises resistance, and drives achievement of organisational safety objectives This role is instrumental in managing the new safety behaviours of employees subcontractors by setting expectations, introducing tools to improve communication and proactively seeking ways to reduce misinformation
