 THE POSITION
Reporting to the Managing Director, this Business Bay based role will be responsible for the successful operation of the entire business This is a great role for someone with experience in a hotel front office and operations
In this role you will


Deliver day-to-day operations - calendar and booking management, building relationships with guests, dealing with any queries the guest may have, and ensuring high standards of service are being met and manage team of GROs and Admin



Managing all aspects of the day-to-day running of the company, through close involvement in all operation, in line with company policy and brand standards
Be highly visible and interface with guests on a regular basis to obtain feedback on quality of the service and implementing actions to feedback received
Maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards
Organisation of all facility management obligations and maintain building compliance
