Job Description

This is a challenging Job in a multicultura environment, which requires the person to manage multiple responsibilities and support the company with an entreprneurial spirit
The Key Responsible Areas (KRA) are as follows
1 Receive customer calls for service booking
2 Track the bookings received through the mobile application interface and service the bookings accordingly
3 Allocate and assign teams based on location proximityand team availability
4 Observe movements of team, commute and time based service level agreements utilisation of the teams5 Constantly keep a vigilant eye on the time taken for activities carried out
6 Explain to customers the details of the services provided by the company & schedule customer service engagements
7 Prepare reports based on service sales and provide daily weeklymonthly updates
8 Be a responsible custodian of all the key records pertaining to the company
9 Based on requirements, Identify vendors, Invite quotes towards any office purchases
11 Maintain accounts issue documents for cash payments to finance dept
