Time split 80 %
Design, develop and deliver quality training programmes, or other learning solutions, to meet the training needs identified and carry out such project
Creative construction of quality training courses including system, change and update roll out
Offering solutions that utilise a range of learning channels and techniques as appropriate to the learner’s needs
By maintainingenhancing relationships with the project team and with Group L&D to share best practices, ideas and materials as appropriate
Ensure that the course schedules cater for any outstation training that may have been planned
Post Training Evaluation which tracks the progress of staff
Ensure Training and Development records are maintained as per Group Audit guidelines
Conduct end of course interviews with individual participants on their overall performance and where applicable, review on-going development plans

Adherence to Training
To facilitate and deliver learning interventions in line with principles and training methodologies and practices to ensure seamless roll out
Prepare a comprehensive yearly training schedule, providing inputs into the sectional budget, ensure through advance preparation the design development and update of course materials training aids pre-course hand-outs, co-ordinating with Group Training for purposes of validation of self-generated material
Offering solutions that utilise a range of learning channels and techniques as appropriate to the learner’s needs
