Oracle Project Portfolio Management Expert
Minimum of 5 years implementation or support of Oracle PPM
Prior experience working with technical teams and configuration control applications
Proficient in configuration control procedures and providing guidance to team members
Demonstrated prior experience using configuration management tools
Demonstrated excellent customer service skills
Provide services to maintain Oracle Project Portfolio Management (PPM) application
Develop and maintain procedures to implement project standards and processes from origination of change requests through the deployment and release activities including software versioning, check in check out procedures, and tracking releases
Provide internal training and assistance to developers
Troubleshoot issues within PPM
Provide guidance on implementing new functionality for PPM
Strong communication, presentation, analytical, and technical skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Must be able to pass a Public Trust background check
