Job Description

ArchiBat HR is looking for a Personal Assistant to CEO for one the the biggest Contracting Firms in the Middle East

Manage the CEOs business & personal calendar
Managing the boardroom and CEOs diaries, confirming meetings and booking appointments
Draft letters, emails and minutes of meetings
Act as proxy for the CEO, representing him in meetings and communications
Attend meetings and follow up on action points, working closely with Senior Management
Organize flights and hotels and put together travel itineraries Ensure the office runs smoothly in his absence
Manage and arrange the CEOs personal agenda including but not limited to paying of bills and travel
Co-ordination of variety of reports on weekly, monthly etc between the CEO and the senior management and client
Organizing and filing paperwork, documents and computer-based information
Serve as Liaison with company partners and business correspondents and ensure a manageable flow of work and communication

This is a key role, directly involved in the business, keeping in regular contact with senior figures internally and internationally Will be fully conversant with all activities of the CEOs Office Produce highly comprehensive correspondence and able to manage a strenuous travel and meetings schedule Demonstrate commercial awareness, diplomacy and flexibility Business development and marketing responsibilities also included within the role
