Job Description

The person hired to perform the following activities functions in this role as a minimum but not limited
1 Understand the product-service mix offered by the company and create demand for the same in the market assigned
2 Competitive Landscaping
3 Customer Detailed Mapping (with all the details such as their plant locations, the real end users
buyers the real decision makers details, their pre-qualification requirements & procedures,
on-going & upcoming investment plans etc
4 Actively lead the pre-qualification activities and make sure that all the products services
offered by the company are pre-qualified in general & for the up-coming projects
5 Make sure early engagement in projects purchases process and support the proposals team
with necessary inputs Support order management & proposals team with necessary
information creating winning proposals and solving the conflicts with clients as needed
6 Prepare gather the necessary pre-sales marketing tools from the manufacturers and use as
needed in the customer meetings
7 Understand the market needs through various activities, build proper sales & marketing plans,
customer meeting plans, account plans etc and make effective customer meetings to promote
the products services assigned & the company business in general
8 Well engage the manufacturing partners in customer meetings technical consultancy activities
as needed and keep them updated with opportunities progress
9 Update management with customer meeting opportunities details market information by
way of weekly reports & meetings Identify areas where we can improve customer satisfaction
and get repeat business
10 Build Customer Intimacy, Improve Goodwill of the company, Satisfy customers and Achieve the
order booking & cash collection targets on time (Monthly Quarterly Annual)
