The CompanyEstablished in 1971, Trading Enterprises is the exclusive distributor of Volvo, Chrysler, Dodge and Ram products in the UAE In addition, it is the distributor of Jeep in Dubai and the Northern Emirates Across its sales, service and parts operations, Trading Enterprises continues to grow as the business expands through 2011 and beyond The division currently has eighteen outlets across multiple locations and is now broadening its presence within the UAEAbout the JobThe role acts as support to product operation functions, responsible and accountable for coordination with external and internal stake holders including Al Futtaim logistics, Trading EnterprisesResponsibilites* Monthly update and submission of vehicles and customs related documents to Al Futtaim Logistics* Master Data Maintenance in SAP IS Auto for Vehicles* Updating discounts in Fast track as per approvals* LPO creation for vehicles as per the principal invoices and verify against the price bulletin* Maintenance of forward vehicle booking orders in excel base master file* Preparing reports on current demonstrator vehicles, marketing blocked cars and daily bookings* Submission of monthly Max care extended warranty report to after sales dept* Preparing product specifications sheets for sales team as per product ordered
