Position Techno functional consultant - ORACLE CRM
Primary Skills
Good functional knowledge and hands on experience related to the setup on Trading Community Architecture, Sales and Marketing, Tele Sales, Tele Service, CRM foundation, Install base, Inventory, and Advanced Pricing modules of Oracle EBS suite version 115102 and R12
Should be familiar with the data model of Trading Community Architecture, Sales and Marketing, Tele Sales, Tele Service, CRM foundation, Install base, Inventory, and Advanced Pricing modules of Oracle EBS suite version 115102 and R12
Good knowledge and hands on Oracle Application Object Library, Oracle Applications Coding Standards, Oracle Applications User Interface Standards and other components of Oracle Application technology stack, in order to build custom extensions and modifications
Good Knowledge on development tools like PLSQL, Oracle Reports, Oracle Forms, Oracle Workflow Builder, Oracle Discoverer , XML builder
Conversant with the APIs and open interfaces related to Oracle modules such as Trading Community Architecture ,CRM Foundation, Marketing, Tele Sales and Tele Services etc
Preferred Skills
Knowledge of JAVA and Oracle ApplicationsOA Framework for building extensions will be an added advantage
Techno functional knowledge on Property Manger and AR modules will be an added advantage
Job Description
Project Lead coordinates with the business users to study requirements and handle the concept to delivery of the solution on Oracle Financial Applications The roleout plans, releases and prepares all the necessary system deliverables and documentations in line with organizational standards
Work independently and with the team on support, maintenance and projects with in Oracle EBS application solutions
Should be familiar with AIM methodology based execution for projects and large maintenance enhancements
Regular communication with the Domain managerSolutions Leads on progress, problems & issue resolution Regular meeting with his team on Project status
Regular interactions in the presence of the Solutions Lead with business stakeholders from Business units for status
Open Technical Assistance Requests with Oracle Support and follow up to resolution
Experience &Academic Qualification
Graduate degree in computer science, business administration or relevant field with 5 6 years of experience in Oracle ERP Applications Development of which 2 years in a Position as Team Lead
Knowledge and exposure to the major ERPs and software development platforms and technologies
Strong work ethic someone who takes great pride in professionalism, responsibility, and proactive-ness
Other Requirements
Good oral and written communication skills
Self-motivated team player and able to work with minimum supervision
