We offer a wide range of responsibilities and challenges where you will have every opportunity to make a difference and put your personal mark on the daily operation through the people you recruit You will be reporting to the HR Business Manager and you will be responsible for providing recruitment support to all locations in Dubai, Afghanistan, Liberia and Somalia among others The job responsibilities will include, but not be limited to

Maintaining a recruitment pipeline for all levels of personnel at all times
Completing screening of received applications through various sources
Conducting interviews with candidates at all levels either in person or over the phone
Corresponding and sparring with hiring managers to find the optimal candidate
Preparing offers and contracts to selected candidates
Arranging and posting job adverts on a regular basis
Assisting with providing personnel input for tenders in cooperation with Business Development
