Essential Experience
Ability to work on several tasks, under pressure and to tight deadlines
Strong influencing skills and comfortable dealing with senior executives in and outside Buro Happold
Analysis, planning skills and track record in event design and delivery
A high level of competence in the use of MS Office & InDesign software
An enthusiastic communicator with very good people skills
Comfortable working both alone, but also working well in a team, with bid co-ordinators, the regional marketing assistant, graphic designers, other BDEs, central marketing executives
A flexible and can-do attitude - able to use their own initiative get things done, despite challenges
Qualifications
Good secondary andor tertiary education A levels, HNDC, degree or equivalent
Additional skills
Arabic language skills desirable, but not essential
