Job Description

Education and Experience
Experienced process management and improvement practitioner (at least 5 years of BB project experience)
Practical experience of coaching lean six sigma Black belts (min 5), champions and process leaders
Profound knowledge of Lean and Six Sigma (Maersk Improvement Model)
Understanding of the Maersk Line Business System

Technical or People ManagementLeadership Skills and Competencies Required
Advanced facilitation, coaching and mentoring skills
Strategic leadership ability to create and lead initiatives to a desired future state (vision) through influence on organization values, individual goals, group goals and systems
Ability to lead complex, cross-functional strategic projects
A continuous drive (and energy) to improve the performance through others (influencing without authority)
Strong communication skills written & verbal
Ability to create and manage change understand concepts of change management with demonstrated capabilities to apply appropriate tools at the right time
Advanced data analytical tools and techniques
Recognized by local management (director level) as self-starting capable change agent both technically and socially
Ability to teach process management, improvements models, methods and tools

Physical Demands & Work Environment
Be prepared to travel regularly
Proficient in English (written and verbal)
