The country research team is looking to expand the team in our Dubai Office and therefore have exciting opportunities for research analysts to be part of this expansion and to join a team integral to Euromonitor’s International research capacity and the further growth of the Passport system
This is an opportunity for self-motivated analysts to research our home market, the UAE The successful applicant will need to demonstrate a keen interest in, and knowledge of, local consumer trends and the lifestyle issues which surround them This awareness will be brought to the fore during the research and in contributing to discussion on such issues within the research team in general
The successful Research Analyst should have a strong sense of personal responsibility for the achievement of goals in terms of both hisher countries and wider departmental responsibilities
Research Analyst Required Skills
Ability to work with and interpret data, as well as extract relevant strategic insights
Commercial awareness
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Excellent presentation skills
High level of numeracy
Tenacity and keen attention to detail
Ability to work under pressure and to meet tight deadlines
First rate organisational skills
Sophisticated knowledge of relevant software, including Powerpoint, Excel etc
Fluent spoken and written English and Arabic
Research Analyst Required Experience
A background in research
Experience of producing research with a clear understanding of client needs
Experience of manipulating and interpreting data, with the ability to extract relevant strategic insights
