The Position
Mid to long term planning (3 to 5 years) of resource requirements to achieve highest levels of resource utilisation Design and manage the work program planning process and deliver a schedule of delivery for all current and future projects as well as determining the right number of people and the appropriate skills required to deliver it To manage the allocation and de-allocation of project resources and responsible for driving optimisation of project based staff leading to cost and quality improvements
