Qualification & Experience
A Bachelor's Degree in Hotel Management with at least 3 to 4 years experience in a similar position in a casual or fine dining set up
Other Qualification Certification
HACCP Certification Knowledge of Hygiene & Sanitation Requirements
People Management, Planning, Foster Teamwork, Providing Feedback, Customer Service, Self-Motivated, Energetic, Multi-tasking, Resolving Conflict, Good Verbal & written Communication skills
Excellent English Communication Skills Arabic or Turkish added advantage Knowledge of Turkish cuisine and culture a plus
