Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES


p   Manage Retail outlets in most professional manner
p   Maximise Sales
p   Organise Retail Meeting
p   Assist in planning, organizing, executing and monitoring promotional
displays and promotional offers
p   Communicate product features, prices, and marketing campaigns and
schemes to existing to all outlets Staff
p   Supervise and direct the Showroom Incharge with regard to pricing, new
products and marketing offers
p   Co-ordinate with Logistics and After Sales Service in resolving
customer service issues
p   Deal with customer complaints and take necessary action to settle their
complaints
p   Monitor and analyse competitor information and activities and report to
the General Manager
p   Ensure Process, & Systems inline with best practices in the
industry
p   Organise training to all staff regularly
