As an experienced sales person you will have excellent technical skills and also be capable of dealing with all types of clients at all levels, and be comfortable in high level negotiations in a competitive environment
Part of your role will also be to conduct market research on new products in your industry sector and being aware of the tracking competitors and their strategies will assist in conducting initial negotiations with suppliers for the product and therefore expanding your abilities to generate revenue
Building solid relationships with your clients will be as important as your supplier relationships and ensuring that you manage both by making regular visits and calls to them will be only one way to develop a long lasting partnership with them
Your organisation skills will be second to none and you will be used to providing reports to management on progress and being a team player you will work closely with the logistics and procurement teams comfortably promoting a team environment
Fluent in English written and spoken
Experience with RAW Materials Essential
Chemical Engineering Degree Preferred
Background in Lubricant, Rubber and Food Industry preferred
Background in the Solvents, Polymers and additives suitable
Excellent communication and interpersonal skill
A Valid drivers Licence
Ability to travel
