Reporting to the General Manager the key responsibility of this role is identifying new market segments in HORECA, ensuring that the sales targets are set and met by the sales team In addition you will also be responsible for handling recruiting, training and managing the entire sales department
To qualify for this role, you must be a MBA with 8 years in a similar industry with an established customer base and with an excellent rapport with clients of key accounts The position also requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills and existing commercial awareness of Dubai and UAE FMCG market, with an emphasis on major hypermarkets and supermarketsSalary AED 15,000- to AED 18,000- plus benefits
