SAP Administrator / Super User Jobs in Dubai - 2743170

Job Description

This is a temporary role for 5 month period The candidate should be well versed in SAP (preferably a Super user on the Finance side) Responsibilities include

SAP Access Rights
- To build and maintain user access profiles in SAP
- To assign users appropriate access profiles in line with job requirement
- Develop and maintain access profiles in line with change in process, and job responsibility
- To coordinate access issues and troubleshooting
EBP Requisitioning
- Process user creation request and get the users access created and assign them to the correct organisation structure
- Provide users access to raise shopping baskets to relevant cost centres, projects
- To establish the correct SAP Job Role for EBP users based on their functional needs
Organisation structure Maintenance
- Maintain the Org Structure to ensure correct approvals are in operation in line with approval matrix
Support
- To coordinate and provide necessary first level of support to EBP and SAP users in Dubai and Bahrain
