Job Description

Secretary with at least 4-5 years experience in handing company secretarial job required urgently

Assist in the planning and preparation of meetings, conferences and conference
telephone calls
Make preparations for meetings
Maintain an adequate inventory of office supplies
Respond to public inquiries
Provide word-processing and secretarial support
Responsible for providing secretarial and administrative support
Perform confidential secretarial functions, composing reports, scheduling and organizing meetings, travel, handling confidential information, and working on ongoing projects, need to handle client files and follow ups
Demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills, ability to planorganize for your work with least supervision, and have excellent PC skills
Work closely with senior management, and will also be liaising with different offices, suppliers, customers; therefore, excellent English communication skills are mandatory
Arrange all travel related issues for the senior management staffs with the co-ordination of Admin Manager
Maintain all business cards and contact information
Organize all tasks on daily basis
As needed, attend meetings with management and record Minutes of Meetings accordingly
Collect all Monthly and Weekly Reports from all Branch offices and Department heads for further presentation to Management
