Work as Consultant for our Oracle HCM Applications projects and take sole responsibility of the HCM track
Gather business requirements, gap analysis, design solutions, configure applications, Test applications, Train users, Migrate data etc
Prepare application implementation documents
Work with technical and DBA team
Report to project manager and assist himher with weekly status report
Contribute in Oracle Applications Practice initiative
Assist practice team in responding to functional requirement
Assist bid team in preparing response to RFP
Assist bid team in effort estimation
Train internal consultants and get trained on new applicationstechnologies

Must have at least 3 end-to-end Oracle EBS HRMS implementation project experience
Must have expertise in Oracle Core HR, Oracle Payroll, Oracle SSHR, iRecruitment, Performance Management
An exposure to Oracle Fusion HCM Applications will be highly desirable
Must have expert level knowledge in Application Configuration, Payroll Fast Formula, AME Setup
Must have good knowledge of HR processes, key HR Issues being faced by Industry,
Good communications skills (both verbal and non-verbal). Must be able to communicate approach, design, solutions to the clients effectively
Must be customer facing
Ability to demonstrate product capability / POC to the client
Must have ability to interact with multi-cultural teams

Must be willing to travel in MEA regions on both short term as well as long term
