Assist the senior management in daily administrative affairs
Take care of all the arrangements like hotel booking, transportation arrangement, restaurant booking, itinerary planning etc for the guests
Handle all kinds of routine administration processes like office management and maintenance; support the other departments whenever related issues are faced; co-ordinate with external vendors, Head Office and regional team
Keep a track of and implement the new related policies of the Government and regulators in the Branch
Perform any other related duties and support to the HR and Admin department
REQUIREMENTS
Must be fluent in English and Mandarin Speak Arabic would be an advantage
Minimum Qualification Bachelors degree (Preferably in Business or related field)
Demonstrates a high degree of confidentiality in interpersonal interaction
Ability to take complete responsibility and work under pressure
A good team player with the ability to work on own initiative
Excellent planning, organizing, execution and control abilities
Excellent negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills
Mature, responsible, independent, hands-on personality
