Job purpose & Scope Provides complete Technical & Compliance & Assurance support on all aspects of project management, from conception to hand&over and ensure that assigned projects are completed to meet HSE, quality, schedule and cost requirementsPrincipal Accountabilities a) Contribute to the development and definition of project execution strategies, scope of work, schedule and budgetary cost estimates to ensures that projects are properly planned, meet user requirements and overall execution plansb) Ensure project compliance with HSE requirements during design and meet HSE performance targets during implementation in conjunction with UZ750 Project HSE groupc) Coordinate and assist in project contracts tender process from preparation of the ITT, Prequalification, Technical Bid Clarifications, Evaluation of Contractors bids, submit recommendation for award up to selection of the Contractors Vendors in accordance with overall project commercial strategies and processes d) Perform Contract Administration duties to ensure that Consultants and Contractors are effectively and efficiently administerede) Manage, supervise, co&ordinate with and guide Contractorsf) Manage interfaces between Contractors and other ZADCO groupsdepartmentsg) Monitor project progress, cost reports, review and endorse contractor’s progress and invoices for payment in liaison with Project Controls sectionh) Management of Technical issues with other ZADCO Divisions and Site representatives in conjunction with UZ750 Engineering teami) Coordinate with Site during all phases (including design) to facilitate handover of facilities to Site operationsj) Ensure proper management of change Evaluate Contractors’ claims and make recommendation to accept reject negotiate and prepare final Change Order submissions for approval in accordance with Management of Change Procedurek) Co&ordinate issue of Provisional Acceptance Certificate & Final Acceptance Certificatel) Ensure compliance with close&out procedures, including submission of project as&built documentation, material reconciliation and close&out reportsOrganizational Relationships (Work Contacts)Regular contacts within Company at his own and next higher level to advise on work progress and to follow&up routine project mattersExternal contacts with Contractors, Third Party Inspection Agency, Suppliers and Service CompaniesIndependence of Operations and Decision&making Authority Work according to established plans, schedules, specifications and professional standards Work accomplishments are subject to review by Compliance & Assurance Team Leader
