Develop and agree achievable international sales targets with the Sales Director
Develop and implement an international sales strategy to achieve sales targets in conjunction with the Sales Director
Establish a register of potential new clients and initiate contact and establish relationships
Visit potential clients in line with a pre-agreed schedule and sales call targets
Provide weekly reports on potential sales, market information, clients and leads
Implement guidelines instructions from the Sales Director to achieve targets with higher operational efficiency
Develop local representation network and support of the existing agents
Follow-up with selected potential clients identified from the enquiry order register, initiate contact, assess and confirm their requirements
Promptly respond to all enquiries service related complaints
Provide technical specifications along with supporting documents (Brochures, Manuals, photos etc) for the requested items
Close sales with clients, in line with approved margin and pricing policy
Liaise with the Production & Service Manager to ensure delivery commitments related to materials and services are correct and in line with the requirements of the customers
Liaise with the Sales Director to initiate the appropriate sales documentation and update the enquiry order registers regularly
Promote the sale of Annual Maintenance Contracts and parts as part of the package when selling RO systems (development of customers for Annual Maintenance Contracts, spare parts and chemicals should be left to In-House Sales)
After Sales Services
Follow up with all clients to ensure client satisfaction on products and service quality and prompt payment of accounts receivables
Prepare maintenance reports and submit to the clients periodically as required
Obtain and analyze client feedback and promptly act upon any dissatisfaction to initiate preventive action to resolve the complaint
Strive to achieve quality & business objectives
Work within the ISO90012008, 14001 & OHSAS 18001 quality system
Complete all required documentation as per ISO procedures
Any other duties as may be agreed from time to time with the Sales Director and Managing Director
Eligibility:Basic - Bachelor of Technology/Engineering , Bachelor of Science, Any Graduation

Valid UAE driving license essential.
Previous sales experience in high value industrial equipment/ machinery/ technical products in desalination/ marine/ oil & gas industry would be an advantage.
