Bachelors degree in Telecommunication or Electronics Proficiency in English and Arabic is required
Strong communication skills and flexibility to interact with customers around the globe
At least 2 years experience in a telecom and customer service environment
You have some basic notions of SS7ISUPMAPVoIP that you would like to grow
You are a keen learner and enjoy fixing problems
You are a team player and like to share knowledge
You are customer oriented and handle stressful situations well

Ability to work occasional weekends
