Job Description

To monitor and control day to day operations to increase revenue
To work closely with all stakeholders, to ensure strong commercial focus in all areas of operation
Responsible for the delivery in accordance with the maintenance strategy in-house, contracted office services and soft facilities management services to the standards directed
Responsible for assessment, procurement and management of small projects specific to the Operations Department as agreed with the Project Team
Responsible for providing a key interface between the organisation and customers and the contracted service providers on a day to day basis
Coordinate the work assignments of the team members to ensure prompt and efficient services to Clients
Responsible for development of a service charter and service level agreement to monitor key elements of the FM service
Responsible for monitoring and reporting of service level agreements and key performance indicators internal and external, also tracking of risksrewards mechanisms
Responsible for monitoring of supply partners service delivery and customer interface on a day to day basis
Identifies and corrects operational barriers that hinder successful performance by developing innovative solutions
Responsible for financial tracking and reporting to ensure all services are delivered within agreed budgets and service levels
Responsible for providing a continuous improvement review and development of initiatives to improve or rationalise hard services to achieve optimum performance and full customer engagement
Ensure statutory obligations are met and appropriate records are in place, ensuring all policies and procedures are aligned; And all risks are mitigated efficiently and effectively
Upgrade and maintain operational procedures for effective function
To update the Top Mgmt on matters seeking attention
Assist the Director - Isnaad in expanding the current service delivery model by proactively analysing and investigating future business development opportunities
Align FM teams to ensure optimum FM delivery which is streamlined, consistent and sustainable across all sites
Play a key part in driving through, owning and supporting the senior management team in implementation and management of the companys strategic imperatives throughout the region and portfolios

Drive Operational excellence across the function and meet exceed expectations on KPI SLA performance and report as per portfolio to senior management
Maintain facilities team training ensuring all training is consistent and all team members are compliant, and competent in all roles and on all equipment
Overall responsibility for the look and feel of the buildings from a housekeepingcleaning perspective both internally and externally
Provide accurate and informative monthly reporting on work order performance, H&S, business critical issues Manage, monitor and report on the financial performance of the contract
Daily co-ordination and measurement of vendors and sub - contractors across all key soft service lines including cleaning and reprographics
