Lead Digital Solutions marketing by defining the value proposition for Digital Solutions business line Define the strategic plan for business line in accordance to Digital solutions & Business planUnderstand & anticipate market trends in business line Define portfolio ofDigital solutions for projects and services, develop business plan, define Digital Solution architecture, select suitable partners and operating modelTrain the Business sales force in Digital Solutions portfolio Responsible for the P&L of Digital Solutions portfolio Engage and lead cross-functional team to ensure end-to-end delivery of Business Line (Product development, Engineering,IT, Contracts, Professional Services and Finance) Define alternative channels to sell Digital Solutions portfolio Responsible for customer experience lifeforms Digital solutions business line


-Bachelors degree in Marketing Business AdminEngineering

-Masters degree preferred

-Previous experience of creating and managing productsservicessolutions Business lines + P&L re

-Strong negotiation skills, excellent communication & presentation skills, Finance, Strategy, Team management skills

-6-7 years experience in Sales, Product Management, and Business Development


-Identifies & monitors customer requirements; analyzes market potential and prepares revenue forecasts and analyses (business case) for business line

-Evaluates and develops new Digital Solutions for business line

-Initiates suitable business partnership models

-Interacts, coordinates and cooperates with Product Development and engineering to assess technical feasibility and operating & development cost to ensure smooth technical launch and to improve offerings in the market

-Calculates profitability of each solution and is responsible for P&L and reaching profitability and revenue targets

-Interfaces with other departments as required in order to ensure that the introduction and promotion of new extended Digital Solutions are carried out systematically, professionally and with the support and cooperation of all concerned

-Liaises with Marketing Communications in order to initiate marketing campaigns, create awareness and to promote Digital Solutions portfolio

-Assesses customer satisfaction in order to ensure that Digital Solutions offering optimally addresses customer requirements

-Initiates and conducts productsservice improvements as required in order to meet growing customer demands and maintain competitive advantage

-Involved in business development, sales meeting and planning, customer bid presentations, special pricing and requests

-Manages, monitors and evaluates the sections on-going performance and quality of its output and services

-Develops and implements strategies related to specific solutions and new revenue streams

-Provides clear direction, set targets, prioritize tasks and assigns responsibilities for the Digital Solutions Marketing team
