Job Description

Arrange the material storage in proper and good condition with optimum use of available space
- Responsible for materials receiving from suppliersclients and release to various projects
- Supervise and carry out the receipts and inspection of various materials to ensure conformity with the requirements and the required certificates and test reports are enclosed for further verification and approval by end users
- Keep the warehouse inventory in FIFO
- Assist in the supervision of unloading and loading of materials
- Arrange the storage facilities to be well secured, safe, adequate, well maintained and well preserved
- Supervise the subordinates to ensure that the warehouse procedures, processes and HSE management system are adhered to and implemented
- Supervise the stores housekeeping and update the filing system
