SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS
Supply Chain Mechanism Candidate must have a full understanding of the Supply Chain concepts and work mechanism in addition to the flow of supply chain documentation cycle Time Management Candidate must have a high sense of time management and be able to arrange his work priorities accordingly Knowledge of Budget Framework Candidate should have a full understanding of working within a budget frame and should apply the maximum level of cost control within the available budget limits Awareness of Business Requirements It is important to be aware of the nature of the company business as a drilling contractor and the type of quality materials and services required in it Safety and Environment Candidate must have a good knowledge of safety and environmental requirements and should have a high sense of hazard recognition and suitable remedial actions Awareness of Accounting Transactions Candidate must have full understanding of financial impact of all supply chain functions on the books InitiativeAssertiveness Candidate must be capable of independently identifying opportunities for improvement and developing and implementing plans for changes Global Perspective Experience in evaluating and developing alternative processes tailored to diverse operating environments Strong Interpersonal communication skills Job requires strong mentoring and communication skills
