Job Description

Job Scope and Purpose
-         Sales Administration sales order processing through the whole sales cycle – starting from establishing quotations, tenders, contracts via delivery to the customer until invoicing and follow-up of payments at the end of the order management cycle

Job Responsibilities
-         Generate customer quotations and prepare tender documents based on quotations from suppliers
-         Issue Purchase Orders
-         Manager order confirmation, bank guaranties, Letter of Credits, INCOTERMS, Export Control Issues
-         Assist and attend to customer demands and requirements on phone and in writing
-         Handling of orders internally and externally (ERP System, suppliers, transporters, etc)
-         Invoicing and follow-up of outstanding payments
-         Monitor customer’s credit limits
-         Collect bank guaranties
-         Reporting or order project status according to defined reporting structure

Requirements
-         At least 5 years experience in Sales, Sales Support & Administration, Business Development, Management of Sales Orders for abroad customers preferably located in Middle East andor Africa Region
-         Fluency in written and spoken English and French; Language skills in Arabic are advantageous
-         Strong customer oriented approach
-         Advanced business related degree (engineering or commercial)
-         General Office skills
-         High professional appearance
-         Excellent communication and presentation skills
