Job Summary
- Perform repair and preventative maintenance of marketing equipment (eg vending, cooler, fountain) to meet and exceed customers expectations
Principal Accountabilities
Serving the Customer
- Repair and service all makes and models of marketing equipment to minimize customer downtime
- Educate customer on basic equipment repair and upkeep procedures to eliminate avoidable calls
- Collect accurate and complete customer information
- Prioritize and schedule repair and PM calls on a daily basis to meet customer service windows
Plan, Development and Execution
- Repair and service marketing equipment in a cost effective and timely fashion
- Follow standard procedures for diagnosis and repair for every repair and PM call
- Maintain and replenish truck inventories (keys, parts, tools, money, assets, etc )
Solving Problems
- Actively participate in team problem solving to improve customer service and productivity
- Participate in local Organizational Health improvement teams
Handling Housekeeping and Safety
- Perform all activities in a safe manner
- Operate service vehicles per local fleet safety standards
- Maintain service vehicles in a clean and organized manner
- Ensure that activities performed meet government regulatory standards
- Wear back belts when liftingmoving heavy objects
