Your main tasks will be
Recruitment
· Establishing recruitment requirements by studying organization’s plans and meeting the HR team to discuss needs
· Developing recruit plans
· Building strong database by contacting recruitment agencies, headhunters, job portals, social networking sites, etc
· Determining required applicant competencies by studying the Job descriptions
· Placing job advertisements, contacting recruiters, and using job portals
· Arranging interviews, evaluating candidates based on job requirements, and shortlisting candidates for management interview
· Preparing and sending offer letters to selected candidates and regret letters to non-selected candidates
· Responsible for onboarding of employees, documents verification and induction
· Conducting regular meetings with the HR team to determine the effectiveness of the recruitment plans and implementation
· Creating an Interview summary
· Sending employment offers of selected agent’s concerned
· For staff get conformation of arrival, arrange PTA, Hotel booking Airport pickup
· Updated and maintain Main Employee List
· Update the organisational charts
· Arrange new files with Interview Summery, Copy of passport, Copy of Visa, Copy of approval and Copy of signed Employment offer etc
· Update current employees, terminations, resignations in Main Employee list
HR Administration
· Assisting with various HR projects
· Assisting the HR UAE specific administration
· Supporting employees with variousqueries
· Preparing reports and powerpoint presentations
· Other HR duties assigned
