Job Description

Responsible for the delivery of guests needs ( Internet - Copy - Scaner - Fax ) at Travel Desk
Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service
Assist guests regarding hotel facilities in an informative and helpful way
Follow department policies, procedures and service standards, including all safety policiesOther duties as assigned
Identifying a high quality external vendor and managing the relationship in order to ensure that the Company receives a value-for-money service at all times
Assisting in conducting an annual industry benchmarking to ensure that the vendor chosen remains price and service competitive
Taking full responsibility for the provision of assistance to internal customers when determining destination, mode of transportation, travel dates, financial considerations, and accommodations as required
Providing a full Travel Desk administration service, including but not limited to reservations, ticket collection and distribution, purchase order raising and authorisation of acquisitions etc
Developing and maintaining a basic knowledge of the travel industry, and regulations pertaining to travel issues affecting the company and its employees, for example visa requirements, appropriate routing etc
Acting as a focal point for Relocations and liaising with the HR team to coordinate an efficient, human-friendly process
Designing, implementing and maintaining office-wide communication of travel special offers, including itinerary tour packages and promotional travel incentives offered by various travel carriers
Maintaining the employee annual ticket register
Maintaining and providing reports for daily movement log and monthly statistics for head of HR
Multi-tasking and producing accurate documents and monthly reports as requested, including but not limited to the maintenance of a complete employee and corporate
Answer the office telephone main line within 3 rings and direct the calls as required
Support the HR Department on alternative duties when requested
