Purpose of the position -
Assist in designing and implementing the HR Projects for all group companies within the allocated time frame
Assist the HR activities at shared service under the guidance of Head HR
Key Responsibilities -
Assist in successful delivery of the HR Projects within the time defined for each phase
Give inputs to simplify and enhance efficiency of work processes as appropriate
Work closely and follow up regularly with business HR to assimilate information related to HR Projects accurately
Liaising with all Business HRs to ensure faster and timely resolution of the development work implemented for the business
Document all meetingscalls and circulate minutes on time and accurately
Conduct Induction and background check for all the new joinees including documentation
To maintain Employee files and database at the shared service
Provide accurate employee data to payroll and statutory compliance on time
To organize & conduct the employee engagement activities at shared service
Assist in Recruitment activities at shared service including scheduling and conducting interviews
Assist in Performance Management System by facilitating the appraisal process across levels
Assist in Learning & development activities in shared services including preparing content and conducting in-house training sessions and taking feedback on the same
Ensure timely probation confirmation of all the new employees
Principal Challenges of the role
To work in a virtual environment as the Project team members are in different countries
Interact with Team members because of different working days at other global locations
