Directly responsible for the health and safety of the immediate workforce.
Plan crew rosters and rotations such that onsite capability and efficiency is maintained; and Human Resource guidelines are maintained.
Maintain good working relations and discipline among immediate workforce.
Liaise with Catering supplier and oversee all camp and accommodation issues.
Maintain suitable personnel records and supporting documents.
Ensure new equipment and work methods are understood and executed in the correct manner.
Maintain best practice and/or good oilfield practice at all times.
2.     Generate well test reports; both customer and internal. Ensure that accuracy and time goals are reached; and maintain suitable records and supporting documents.
3.     Support and implement the company HSE policy in all well test operations.
Act as the HSE focal-point for all onsite activities; by all workers, contractors, sub-contractors, visitors and the like; regardless of affiliation.

Chair and set agenda for all HSE drills, meetings and briefings.
Continually monitor, review, challenge and improve work practices, MB/Client procedures and HSE awareness.
4.     Liaise with client representatives on a daily basis and keep all relevant parties informed of current and upcoming work status.
5.     Provide advice and support as required / requested to assist in the successful implementation of all contract associated activities for the MB Group.

Directly responsible for the health and safety of the immediate workforce.
Plan crew rosters and rotations such that onsite capability and efficiency is maintained; and Human Resource guidelines are maintained.
Maintain good working relations and discipline among immediate workforce.
Liaise with Catering supplier and oversee all camp and accommodation issues.
Maintain suitable personnel records and supporting documents.
Ensure new equipment and work methods are understood and executed in the correct manner.
Maintain best practice and/or good oilfield practice at all times.

     who are engaged in activities / on facilities for which he has a supervisory     responsibility, are competent to safely execute the required work, and that th     applicable Operating and HSE Procedures are communicated, understood and in place.
·        Advising his workforce and any other persons at risk, of any potential hazards
     arising from the work activities which fall within his supervisory scope.
·        Ensuring that his subordinates and any MBPS subcontractors make correct use of personal protective clothing and equipment and that the equipment so used is
     suitably rated with consideration to the hazards involved.
·        Ensuring that safety and emergency equipment is maintained in a safe operable condition and that such equipment is correctly used.
·        Checking that all facilities, tools and equipment, in use within his area of supervisory responsibility are in a safe operable condition.
·        Ensuring that any tools, equipment and vehicles, brought into his area of the Well Site operation by subcontractors, and intended for use on behalf of MBPS are in a safe operable condition.
·        Holding regular HSE meetings with his workforce and, where applicable, other persons, such as contractors, subcontractors, third parties and visitors.
·        Conducting regular inspections and audits of the facilities under his control in order to identify and eliminate hazards to health, safety and the environment.
·        Participation in the follow-up and close-out of inspection and audit findings

Directly responsible for the health and safety of the immediate workforce.
Plan crew rosters and rotations such that onsite capability and efficiency is maintained; and Human Resource guidelines are maintained.
