1. Serve as the primary liaison between SAUDI ARAMCO and SAUDI ARAMCO rig Contractor and shall provide supervision of all operations performed on SAUDI ARAMCO wells.

4. Ensure that SAUDI ARAMCO Contractors meet all contract requirements and shall verify and approve all SAUDI ARAMCO contractor and service company operations by way of tour reports and field tickets.
5. Ensure that SAUDI ARAMCO Contractors maintain the Rig and Equipment adequately to maximize efficiency and minimize down time, and that SAUDI ARAMCO materials and equipment are properly utilized, handled and stored and report to SAUDI ARAMCO for any misuse by Contractors of these materials and equipment.
6. Ensure that all SAUDI ARAMCO safety rules and regulations are followed by SAUDI ARAMCO Contractors and work with Drilling and Workover Engineers to see that modern practices are followed.
7. Work closely with SAUDI ARAMCO Drilling and Workover personnel as required accomplishing objectives and performing other miscellaneous duties as directed by the Drilling Superintendent.
8. Field Mentorship of trainees in the field development program (FDP).
9. Coordinate with the focal point for trainees requirement.
10. Train and instruct rig hands on job training (OJT) performance.
11. Mentor rig hands at rig site.
12. Assess competency for rig hands and identify gaps.
13. Transfer knowledge, skills and experience.
14. Prepare and conduct training courses.
15. Verify OJT and assess performance to acceptable standard (competency level).

Control the project through project management, project engineering, discipline engineering and construction through project and area managers. Ensure safe and efficient execution of assigned projects, within the set targets and schedules Liaise with the client senior management and troubleshooting any areas of conflict between the project management team and the client to ensure a smooth and continuing working relationship. Manage people related issues, communication and direction to the project management team and executive reporting along with the project control team. Ensure relevant budget and delivery plan and provide regular project progress, reports and forecast. Monitor progress of work for timely execution of the project through daily/weekly/monthly/ reports with respect to review of the overall project. Anticipate and resolve any problems, bottlenecks/scheduling conflicts to achieve on time or earlier deliveries to keep the project on schedule. Ensure project and area managers deliver the projects within the contracted duration and within the agreed budget through regular meetings, and monitor performance and expenditure vis a vis the plan. Provide leadership & direction to various contracting agencies during Project Execution, maintain ongoing relationships between the contractor and company and ensure that the project/area managers business dealings with clients subcontractors and vendors are conducted to a high professional standard. Promote quality awareness in every sphere of project activity and the Petrofac organization. Manage quality through audits conducted on a weekly basis and incase of non-conformances ensure that these are rectified and measures taken to ensure that they do not recur. Ensure high safety standards are maintained on all projects, the clients feedback is positive and that project management is proactive in this respect since accidents are viewed seriously by the client. Develop a cost report per month that details costs and expenditure for the period, forecast for completion of the project with an aim of minimizing the variance. Promote team work and a spirit of co operation among employees. Guide the project team to achieve project goals, drive and motivate the project team and develop team members who have potential to move to senior positions and move on a fast track. Career planning, mentoring, proposing members for promotions, bringing in high caliber individuals to fill positions. Provide guidance and coaching to senior staff in management of their groups. Generate development plans and charting career paths for staff with recommendations for corresponding training programs Monitor performance culminating in promotions/new roles as well as evaluating team members based on potential geared to training/career progression opportunities. 6. Ensure that all SAUDI ARAMCO safety rules and regulations are followed by SAUDI ARAMCO Contractors and work with Drilling and Workover Engineers to see that modern practices are followed.
7. Work closely with SAUDI ARAMCO Drilling and Workover personnel as required accomplishing objectives and performing other miscellaneous duties as directed by the Drilling Superintendent.
8. Field Mentorship of trainees in the field development program (FDP).
9. Coordinate with the focal point for trainees requirement.

Primary Accountabilities
Reporting to the HR Services Dep. Director, the HR Advisor will develop partnerships by managing a portfolio of departments including one overseas region and be the primary point of contact for all HR queries in areas such as employee relations, recruitment, personnel administration, compensation, benefits, and performance management. The HR Advisor plays a key role in expanding and supporting our global pool of talent.
Partner with business/functional line management in recommending, developing, and executing human capital strategies to achieve business goals.
Lead and/or provide support for significant programs and projects relating to Human Capital objectives for the line of business (e.g., Organization Alignment, Service Center of the Future).
Advice and influence managers on the aspects of people management and leadership with a focus on performance management, organizational development and effectiveness, and management effectiveness.
Coach HR Advisors Leaders to improve their individual leadership skills, focus on talent, differentiate performance, embrace diversity, etc.
Partner with business leaders to assess existing organizational structure and suggest solutions to better align people resources with business strategy (right work in right / right people in right jobs).
Facilitate organization change as required by the business.
Resolve complex and highly variable issues with substantial potential impact.
Coordinate required resources to ensure efficient delivery of all HR services.
Understand the tactical and strategic direction of the business and use that knowledge to participate in policy and procedure recommendations.
Facilitate cyclical HR activities such as the annual compensation program, Talent, etc.

Qualifications and professional Experience
Bachelors Computer Engineering or HR Management degree or equivalent, Masters degree in Human Resources preferred.

Responsibilities
Key responsibilities include the following:
Stay up-to-date on all HR regulations, laws, compliance, etc.
Write and deliver presentations to client companies, local organizations, etc.
Serve as the frontline expert for HR Services related matters.
Consistently meet with Directors of HR at client companies to ensure HRSD is Identify legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting human resources functions and ensure policies, procedures, and reporting are in compliance.
Recruit, interview, evaluate, and select client employees as requested to fill vacant positions utilizing an applicant tracking system, and other technologies.
Plan and conduct new employee orientation to foster positive attitude toward company goals.
Manage and document client service activities in a customer relationship management system. This may include client project plans, strategic and transactional HR related activities such as hires, promotions, transfers, performance reviews, terminations, and employee statistics.
Coordinate client management/employee training and performance management utilizing on line programs and HR software.
Advise client management in appropriate resolution of employee relations issues.
Respond to client inquiries regarding policies, procedures, and programs.
Investigate accidents and prepare reports for insurance carrier if required.

Support the organizations high standards for Customer Care while performing as a key member of a service team.
Partner in the organization and carrying out of the training program for HR Advisors.
Consistently meet with key management at client companies to ensure HRSD is delivering on expectations and driving HR strategy.
Meet with new clients to develop a transition plan. Meet with clients' employees to explain the co-employment agreement, and complete the necessary paperwork to set them up in the HR system.
Create customized employee handbooks for client companies. Conduct training meetings to review key components of the handbook with shared employees.
Review employee job descriptions and supervisory responses abilities to advise clients on how to classify employees for overtime purposes.
Advise clients on how to maintain personnel and other employee records in strict accordance with state and federal laws. Make sure that I-9 forms and medical records are kept in separate files.
Assist client management with employee terminations, including exit interviews, severance, and releases, if any.
Provide anti-harassment, discrimination, and other training to client employees, especially those in supervisory positions.
Assist client management to comply with other employment laws and regulations.
Provide clients and strategic partner organizations with HR seminars.
Provide HR consulting services for clients.
Conduct investigations and responses for clients.
Other duties may be assigned.
